Assembly took about an hour for a complete newbie. 170cm tall is the minimum for this bike, it is quite big, for more comfort I recommend a shorter stem and don't inflate tires to 30psi! Try 15psi or less! You need considerable upper body strength to carry the bike, it weighs around 30kgs, so if you don't have a very large elevator you need to consider this if you live upstairs. Some actual useful measurements: -Top tube length 62cm -Seat tube length 46cm -Wheelbase 125cm -Chainstay length 52cm -Front centre 71cm -Bottom bracket height 36cm -Ground to top tube (near seat tube) 77cm -Ground to top tube right in front of seat 80cm and goes up to 95cm at head tube -Stock stem length 95mm Yes, brakes are actually hydrualic, not mechanical. Uses Shimano Tourney rear derailleur, Saiguan front derailleur, 42T, Shimano Dual SIS index shifters. Tires are not tubeless.
Fast shipment and nice bicykle, with my weight 105kg and 185cm drive 40-45 only electric, can go more then 50 with pedaling but the back gears cassete need to be replaced, otherwise You cant pedal so fast ;-) (gear ratio) The battery was loos in the battery case (making sound during drive on rough road) i opened the case and put a peace of rubber inside to make it tight. Other than that is perfect ! Very strong front light. Missing only turn signals and stop light (need to add to drive legal in my country)
